Powering Up Communities - Develop the potential of individuals and Groups
A series of training events delivered on behalf of SWAN - the South West ACRE Network - by the Community Council for Somerset,in partnership with ViSTA (the Voluntary Sector Training Alliance).
The events are being funded by the South West Regional Development Agency. They are coordinated by SWAN (the South West ACRE Network), in conjunction with other partners (and relating to the Department of Communities and Local Government’s Empowering Communities agenda). The aim is to promote joint learning and share experiences for the benefit of everyone.
The workshops are a great opportunity to build on existing skills, to help you engage with and support your local community with particular projects or ongoing areas of work.
